How can I place ads between posts?

Hi, this may sound lame but i dunno how to place ads between my posts (in my blogspot blog) or just under the title of the post. i use the adsense gadget on the sidebar but i wanna know how can i place ads in the middle of posts and between them?

im pretty sure blogspot has an option to add adds in between posts, this is taken from mydigitalife.com

# Sign into Blogger account.

Now you need to decide if you want to put textlinks or banner ads between posts, that choice is up to you, experiment.
