    I have a pay per download website. But I don;t know how can I promovate it. On google adwrods? I am looking for forum like get paid to.. where the users know what is PPD and what they must to to.

    If you are offering higher pay rates than other sites add your site to all the webmaster forums online and cpa directories sites.

    You may try promoting at ems means emoneyspace forum (google it) , otherwise also if you could tell me what your site is and share a few details , i may recommend it to my list of my friends who currently work with other ppd sites! :)

    One way is to try and promote via internet marketing forums, but I would suggest not to spam. Rather pay forums that allow you to push your website for only like 20$. Many forums have sections where you pay for a permenate thread where you can push whatever you want. This cost money but the value you receive is amazing.

    Also look into Google video ad's. PPC is expensive while video clicks are very cheap and uncompetitive
