How can I write a Terms and Conditions?

Hi, I'm starting a new website that basically will be for buying/selling web templates. I already have the website done, but I don't know how to write a good Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Can anyone help me?

There's a few online generators that will create one for you, You can use them to give you a good start and edit them to suit your needs.

While online generators tend to do the job, ToS are usually re-written.
Find some niche-relevant websites, copy their ToS and compile a text that takes their best practices and describes your particular service well.
Hire a good copywriter if you do not have the skills.

 

I suggest you check out legalzoom and customize their TOS template. You need someone who is very familiar with how your site works.
