    At first create a blog. Then write the book in the pages of the blog and publish it easily.

    You can buy software specifically intended for ebook compilation. Ebook Maestro Pro, Desktop Author, eBooks Compiler, Ebook maker, Ebook Gold, and I'm sure many more. Just write it, package it nicely in a PDF, and start marketing it...

    These are all good idea. As far as the platform and formatting go, I like to use Smashwords.com, Createspace, and KDP. Which one you want to go to first depends on your marketing strategy. As mentioned before, you can sell a PDF from your own site. You can find some self publishing information on my blog. Good Luck!
