    No, I meant I can do it with a still image in Photoshop but when it is video/moving frames, I don't know how to do it.

    Ok what you do is this;

    Set up a screen behind your actors, any color will work really as long as its not the same color as something the person is wearing. then when you record it you upload it into premiere *forgets next step* http://video-tutes.com/Tute_details_1579.htm

    that should explain the rest...

    Looks like the same "green screen" technique used in just about every science fiction/action movie made these days. Actors do their thing in front of the green screen, then the background graphics (in this case text) is added later.

    Just my opinion. I think that was two seperated files. 1 video file and 1 text file (background). Green screen (chroma) is what I think they use to capture the people and cut/crop it using video editing tool such as Premier or Final Cut. Then Flash Animation for the final product.

    You can export a transparent video from after effects/premiere or any other decent video editing program, it is called video with alpha channel, you can also use some blend modes to remove the background color of a video not having alpha channel information (black or white backgrounds can be easily removed).

    Look for more info and tutorials on 'Rotoscoping', as mentioned, shooting with a 'green screen' can make the editing a heck of a lot easier.
    Exporting a transparent flash movie is really as simple as following this tutorial.

    However, as they note, not all browsers will display the results the same.

    @eruct,

    The movie is not transparent, only the flv video inside of it has an alpha channel and thus the tutorial you linked to is irrelevant in this context. The text behind the guys showing up in the video is a real selectable text which is part of the flash movie, not the Html page.

    Regards.
