How can you trust Rss/blog submission outsourcers- (that they are actually submitting

    If you outsource rss submissions to rss directories, or blog submissions to directories,

    how can you be sure that the outsourcer has submitted it?
    (as with them types of submissions have no links After complete- unlike video submission or article submission) right?

    I am on about manual submission, where you give them an excel sheet, of list of directories- NO Automatic/software submissions, but manual.

    They might say they are submitting to your 50 directory list, but not be...and getting paid for the job, but how can you check?
