I was looking for porn and somehow ended up here (in religion and politics). (Joking, for those oh-so-serious people out there.)

I had been making websites for many years and looked for a good place to learn more (to be honest, a lot of the stuff I learnt from here about SEO I have de-learned as it was spam).

I don't actually remember. I just knew for a long time that there is this Digitalpoint so after a few years I finally decided to join and here I am.

I am really not sure if it is "safe" for me (or for my precious online footprint) to post in this section. At first I even convinced myself not to post in the General Chat but the lack of questions about WP and related stuff made me go there sometimes. Unfortunately there are still lots of stupid threads that make the whole sub-forum look like a spammer den.

The "love"/"girlfriend" and similar threads are getting ridiculous. Lately, I've been too busy (moving) to have time or interest for DP (just posting a little bit while at work on night shift). Not sure if I can bring myself to look in the Google/SEO sections any more (too many so-called SEOs crying like babies - Kleenex must be making a fortune).

I somehow stumbled upon it when I had been writing for a couple years. It has since become what I think of as one of my greatest resources. I have had long term and daily intereactions with several clients that I met here for more than 5 years. It's been amazing to find business partnerships with people around the world that are long lasting, mutally beneficial and honest.

Dealing with people online can be a scary thing, but through Digital Point Forums I have found that there are some great people here that just want to do good business.
