Hm.. how did I run into this thread searching for blog network software.. Oh well.. when I'm at it, my nickname story is quiet simple. It is named after my first serious web project Libervis.com. Just take out the dot and m and there it is. I thought it sounded cool enough and also has a trick in remembering my association with my main site or vice versa. You know, that libervisco guy. Who? That Libervis.com guy? Yes, that one. :D

And all my next sites will bare the "libervis" mark since that's gonna be a name of my network. :)

    Cheers
    Daniel

People think my nick has something to do with the Porsche 993.
    It's a bit different.
When i first got internet i drove a Daihatsu charade GTti.
The car has a displacement of 993 cc and it's a turbo intercooler (ti) so, 993ti.

I have many different names over the years. Several of them I still use in different capacities. I remember the first time I ever signed online with my 300 baud hayes modem, I logged into some mainframe and was talking to some guy, and I had logged in with the name Melvin. I guess that was the first name I used.

Aeiouy actually came from playing everquest. I was creating a new character in October of 2000, and decided to come up with a name. I always made goofy names for my characters. I really wanted to be AEIOU, but that was not available so I added the Y. Has kind of stuck since. Although a lot of times people will call me Vowels.

er how many of theze threads are there.... :D

Back in 2000 when I first discovered that webmaster message boards for geeks existed, I only had a few web pages and they were all Nintendo sites, since I'm a Nintendo freak, even though it's been almost six months since I've played Nintendo!! And of course when you discover more message boards you try to keep the same name. Hince I'm Nintendo where ever I go unless the admin is on crack and doesn't let people have trademark usernames *cough*WMW**cough*.

If I had been able to go back in time and start all over, I would of registered as 'Wacko' every where I went!!
