    I am from Mumbai, India, I have visited the link below and filled up the application online but nowhere I was asked to provide my photo. Can anyone help. How many photos are required. What size and how to submit the photos.

    Fist scan your passport size photo, you can save it on the desktop then it's a option of Upload Photo, by clicking on this you can attach.

    Well, I know the process you mentioned above but there is no option to upload picture on the site.

    Anyways, I did some research myself and I was told that the photo is taken by them during the applicants visit.
