    How do i create a membership system similar to youtube.

    and im looking for something that looks doesnt look complicated in the URL

    for example this is something a see alot:
    "www.example.com/member.php?id=123456"

    i like the way youtube has theres:
    "http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=flyenig"
    -or simply-
    "http://www.youtube.com/flyenig"

    is there any scripts/tutorials that can do this type of members system

    Ive tried drupal and personally i hate it :p

    i really need to find a script or a good tutorial somewhere (i am still looking)
