How do I get backlinks through social bookmarking

I have been submitting my blogs to all the usual sites, digg, stumbleupon etc but when checking my backlinks I don't seem to be getting any from them

Any ideas ?

 

first you submit your blog in blog directories like 1. blogcatalog.com 2. pimpthisblog.com 3. blogengage.com and increase your blog pages, regular update your blog content ...... then you do social bookmarking you get many backlinks

 

I submit blogs through my wordpress site do i still need to use blogcatalog.com etc ?

 

How are you checking your backlinks?

 

I check my backlinks through backlinkwatch.com

 

There must be more to it than just adding your link to these sites, I have checked other blogs and they have loads of hits, diggs or whatever you call them but I don't get any, I just think I am missing something or is it my blogs are just not interesting enough

 

I always post every blog article to the social bookmarking websites when i write a new one.and i think it always bring me some good traffic.i think join some blog community like blogcatalog and do some link exchange with the other relevant blogs,thus, you will get some good quality backlinks surely.I hope it is useful to you.

Yep done the share it thing for 2 months now still no backlinks

 

hey agree with you i am also not getting backlinks from top bookmarking sites like digg, delicious, diggo....etc..

 

Firstly than doin social bookmarkin do blogs with constant updation

 

You can put your link in resource box and update regularly.

 

Because these sites use No-follow tag to all bookmarked links thats why it is not coming into backlinks. You can search for Do-follow Social Bookmarking websites which gives do-follow links to all bookmarked links. There are many social bookmarking websites list available, you can simply search on google for "D-Follow Social Bookmarking Sites List".
