How do i get Press Release submitters to submit on my website?

    I have started a new Press Release website based on Wordpress platform and have installed all the SEO, Images/Gallery and Social Media plugins on it, it also has a short wordy domain name.

    But the problem is how do i get the submitters? I was thinking of contacting those Press Release distribution services and ask them if they could include my site in their list to submit their clients PR, but then i was afraid they would consider the mail as spam?
