How do I get subscribers on my WordPress site?

Are there any plugins that will easily allow users to subscribe to new posts on my site?

Currently I have a RSS link, Tweet this post, and like buttons for each post. I usually post my entries on Twitter after they are published but I would like a better way to build a userbase. Maybe with a list serve or mailing list of some kind. Any thoughts? How do I allow people to subscribe to my site and receive updates?

i advice you to make your fanpage on facebook or other social networks. people are lazy to visit your page everyday, but if you encourage them with catchy titles in facebook they will subscribe to your blog, read and comment your articles. moreover, this will help you to get more and more fans and subscribers!
