How do I make people subscribe? (+18)

A month ago I open a porn site. Within a month I'm getting +1K human impressions. OK! My site offer people to get premium content for free - like videos and full movies and all in full HD 1080 - as same premium content. So people come to my site and taking all the free stuffs. But my site also offer premium contents + bonus contents (also premium) + Digital money paying (No credit card needed) but no one subscribing for premium membership What should I do? How do I make people to subscribe the premium membership and get more facilities and more offers?

 

Without seeing your site,
it sounds like you are giving away too much of your content,
especially if you are giving away full movies..

You could try having smaller free clips of the full movie,
to get your traffic interested enough to make a purchase..

You could also look at placing some banner ads for CPA Adult Dating offers,
or you could contact other adult site webmasters and ask them if they would like
to purchase advertising from you..

 

1) You can't make people sign up, you can only encourage them

2) How:

- Don't give away full movies! (Then there will be no point in buying your premium status)
- Leave the best things for only members but shorten the movie so that when visitors see they would be enticed to sign up.
- You can ask your visitors to sign up to be your members for free. (So you have free members and paid members instead of just visitors.) The benefits of having visitors sign up free is so that you can collect their emails. Then with their emails, you can send them newletters or promote some products related to your niche to them. This way you can do a little affiliate marketing as well as send them links for the newest videos you have to encourage them to come back.

I believe Howard and Urban are Correct when saying you are giving too much away for free.

Think to yourself -- if you came across your site or any movie site and it let you watch a full movie, would you really consider buying anything when that was the nature of what you came for in the first place?

Give them a 10 minute clip of movies / episodes then have them pay to watch the rest.

Ans. That's the basic idea was creating this site. There is over 2 billion sites offer only 2 mints video for free and then you have to pay for the full video. But I changed - if you are free downloader you will have the free links to download the movie full. Then you can ask why people buy membership? Well, I did mentioned the full length movie will for free but it's also true they hosted on file Sharing Sites - So you have to buy premium accounts to download smoothly and there is no grantee of your files for free so if the file sharing site down or they delete the movie you can't download it. Then eventually you have to buy the premium account from me so you can download the movie without any problem or anything. No need to worry about speed or file-sharing site down because we do not delete our files.
So there was a idea to get paid subscription one way or other.
