How do I resize my image

How can I resize my logo? I tried using paintshop and instead of resizing the image itself, it resizes the box and cuts the image off when I change the attributes. Online image resizers seem to only let you downsize or upsize your image using %. Since my logo is 382x241 it won't let me change it to 125x125. My friend said he uses photoshop but I don't have that. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you're cropping it rather than resizing it. In photoshop you would use 'image size' (as opposed to 'canvas size') but I'm not familiar with Paintshop.

The image might not have the same quality as the original as you're changing it's proportions.

he said he doesn't have PS...but to your point? Paintshop HAS to be able to do it somehow it's a simple operation, perhaps the most rudimentary!
