Does it include transfer of domain and hosting?? Hosting it depends on you the seller, i usually provide a few days or a month (depending on the site) free, but not all sellers do this, it always included transfer of the domain and site files.
How can I do so?? Request a transfer code from your registrar.
What are the factors that determine cost of websites?? Buyer and type of site, potential profit etc.

How much do I earn for a website with 3k visits per month?? it can be $0.01 or $3000, it depends on country of traffic, for instance Iran traffic is worth next to nothing, whereas UK/USA traffic is worth more.

There are many places where you can sell your website.

For one, there is flippa which is paid (but you will get the most exposure and the quickest responses)

Then there is the digitalpoint buy sell trade section (which I would recommend if you don't have any money at the moment).

There are a ton of website flipping techniques out there, just finding one that works is key.

So many variables to determine the price of a site. Just quoting the monthly traffic is not enough. It is based on many things...such as past and present profit, how established it is, the type of site, how much work is involved in running it and so on.

 

You can have a website with 100,000 uniques per month, but with no conversions - For example, proxy based websites have this and they are not worth a cent.

Reason is because all of their users are freeloaders!

Only thing you would probably be able to do is sell banner ads and exposures.

You can try your luck at flippa. Most of the buyers there are looking forward for high end websites, off course, must have revenue.

You don't have to transfer the hosting. You can just push the domain and transfer the data using WHM. Some host are willing to do it for you for free.

Selling price of a website depend on the ranking, claimed traffic, claimed financial and business model of the website. Technically if you can make money from your site, big fish will buy it from you.

3k visits per month is extremely low but you can definately make some good money if those traffics are organic traffics from search engines.
