    Thats it in a nutshell. Create pages of interesting, USEFUL, unique content, SEO them properly - once they're established (1week later) get links, links & more links.

    The only real work is writting that goddamn content and then adding more pages everyday, seems tough work, how fast should you expect it to grow (traffic-wise; I know it depends) if you were to add an average of two pages a day?
