    money tight now, and it wise to invest in property too;)

    The factor which is much important than any other .Check whether the documents are correct or not.If you dont have knowledge about documents then hire any lawyer and with the help of his service buy property.Dont go alone in property matters.Seek advice from elders in your family

    a new house of course, but you see that everything depends on your income as you have enough money you can afford a new house as me but if not you can use auction. new house is a good money investment.

    Be patient when selecting a house. Don't hurry into the procedure with plans of when you need to shut by. Having an start time period will allow you to really make sure you are getting the best possible deal and getting a great house that you will be satisfied with for years.
