How do you encourage people to join FB group "sexual health"

    I have an FB account which tackles about sexual health and sexual drugs. I have difficulty in encouraging people to join or "become a fan" because they think it's a spam. If you have any idea how or are curious as to what FB page I'm referring to, please tell me. This goes to all media marketers who have had experience in marketing sexual heath sites.
