    Once I'm up, I'm up. Plus I eat light during the day. However, I have a co-worker who takes a half hour lunch break. Some days he eats the first 10 minutes, and then just kicks back, puts his feet up and snoozes for the rest of the break. Sometimes he snores. When he's sleeping soundly, we try not to wake him.
