    Hi guys
    I have a question, I am a small web developer. Over the time I find too much difficult in managing clients info, contact info, website database, wp admin password, various emails i created for customers, invoices and payment info etc etc

    How do you all manage these things.

    Also how often do you take backups,

    whats the correct way to handle / manage web site biz?

    This question is to all small business web developers? How do you keep track of clients, their payments, ther website passwords, sql passwords, wp passwaords and million other thing?

    Can any one can share a excel sheet template which helps?

    I would really like to know how to keep things organized?

    Definitely agree with Apocalypse it's not hard to have that in mind and if you need to take some notes Excel is always there to help you out...

    Google "CRM" and try a few out. For small operators you can often get a free account, or cheap. If you are earning money from your business spending a few dollars each month to manage your customers is no biggie.

    I have a spreadsheet with a tab for each client/site/services. Can be a challenge indeed. Be sure to back it up and keep it in safe location, free from viruses, and acts of nature.
