If you get a 1099 you shouldn't have to pay them quarterly...just fill out a tax form or go down to H&R Block.

From my last employer I got a $10,000 1099 at the end of the year and never paid anything quarterly...my employer paid taxes, but personally I didn't do anything different.

I also got a 1099 from Google and just filed it like you would normal income.

On the form I just totaled my income like this:

Find your total income from job and 1099.

Find out your total withholdings if any.

Find the total amount you owe based on your total income.

if your withholdings are more, you get a refund, if not, you pay.

Not too difficult for me at least.

    Hi,

You should report everything to the IRS especially the ad sense as you will receive a 1099-misc for it. It should be done as self-employment taxes but there are times that you don't have to use a scheduleC and you can put it online 21 of a 1040.

If you have anymore Tax related don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks,
    Joni
