Putting a shortcut to it in your windows startup folder should do the trick:

Start -> All Programs -> Startup -> Shortcut here

I found and downloaded a tool that makes it stay in your memory so even when you shut down next time you start it will be faster. I thought I had seen a nother way and implemented it some time ago but I needed to do it again for someone else and couldn't find it. It may have been an extension.

This is slightly different than actually starting the program.

I.E. also preloads itself into windows w/o actually starting the program.

You don't have to have a program to do that. Just add /Prefetch:1 to the end of the shortcut.
