    Thanx 4 da rply. But I think you hv not understtod my question.

    I do not have a pay pal account or credit card or any cash receiveing mode attcahed to freelance.com So when I click accept where does teh money that the employers pays me go.Please help.

    i asked him to transfer the money to my paypal account and he said that he will transfer it from his freelancer account to my paypal account as he did not have the paypal account and i gave him my paypal address to him....

    It seems you still don't understand what mile stone payment means hence I suggest you read the FAQ on that site.

    When you click accept, the request to release that payment will go the client who will then have to release it, if he does not explicitly do that, payment will not be transferred to your account.

    Once in your account you can then withdraw to your Indian bank account

    if i remember correctly, freelancer pays out through your paypal account. there may be other options, but i am not familiar with thm.

    I'm a little concerned with their verification demands. Can somebody tell me - what are the required verifications when you want to first withdraw the earned funds? except for 15 days delay, of course. They already have my PayPal account info, address, and phone is the only thing left to confirm. But I stumbled upon their KYC program in FAQs and it seems too much to send them passport scans and bills with my name and address on them. or is it optional, and I can withdraw the money without that mess?

    Ok so first payment has a delay of 15 days. In that time the 2nd payment is due. Do I have to wait the initial 15 days to receive that as well?

    The first withdrawal is delayed by fifteen days and the next thereafter is by a week, maximum by Sunday.
