    Some starts by providing web designing services, clients will be hosted thru their reseller account. This is think is pretty sneaky and they can get lots of client for they provide free support from installing scripts to customization.

    You'll have to work productively. But if you are ready you need to select a good reselling web hosting company, which provides high-quality services.
    Create a website, buy WHMCS (some hosting companies offer billing panel for free) and start looking for clients.

    I suggest you to buy re-seller account and use it and sell hosting account and after some time you'll know what are problems and how to handle them.

    I have worked with an Hosting provider which sell Hostgator reseller hosting. What I have learned with them is, if you want to run hosting business, you need to have Good Technical Knowledge of hosting, you need to have high amount of cash for advertising. ( the seller get most sell from Google ads, keyword was cheap hosting, cheap hosting in India, best cheap hosting etc. ) .

    So its not so easy to get into hosting business. You need learn from A to Z of hosting.
