How do you use Social Media for either business or personal use?

I study computing at college and would like your help to answer five questions about social media and how it effects you, either as a business or as the client. These will be used for an assignment and will only be seen by my lecture.

1. How long do you spend on social media each day?
2. How many Social Media accounts do you have?
3. Have you made any purchases through social media? If yes what was the product?
4. What’s the main purpose of your social media accounts, is it to promote your product/service or is it a tool for customer service?
5. Has your use of social media increased or decreased in the past five years?
