How does height relate to your attraction to the opposite sex?

Example:

- Most men won't date women taller than them because it makes them feel inadequate.

- Most women won't date men shorter than them because it... embarasses them?

- Some men like women a little shorter than their height so they don't feel silly while dancing with them and don't have to bend down to kiss them, as opposed to petite women.

- Some men like women who are much shorter than them because they like the doll-like aspect of a woman's body in bed and want her to be much smaller than them.

- Some women like men who are two to three times their size (in weight and height) because they like the sense of protection in public as well as the submissive/ dominant role in bed that a large, strong, rough man can give them.

What are your thoughts on height and attraction? I like all shapes and sizes for their various reasons. I would never date someone my exact height or taller than me, although if a 6'7" woman exists in my dating scene, god help her anyway.

 

I tend to steer clear of women who I have to look up to, fortunatley I'm fairly tall so that usually isn't an issue.

 

I'm 5'10" and my wife is 5'9". If I were to build the perfet woman she'd be 6'1". A good friend of mine is 6'8" so I'm pretty used to feeling inadequate.

Woman always expect some kind of security from husband. I too believe in this. If my wife is of doll - like aspect so that I can carry her on my shoulders to rescue her during irremediable calamity.

I typically like women the same height or just a bit shorter than me...i'm 5'8" 115lbs. Weight isn't a problem unless they're huge...

I like women I meet to be slightly shorter than me as well. But then again for as ugly as I am I have incredibly high standards.

 

We've got something in common...

 

I'm 6'0 and I def. like girls to be shorter than me, I never really understood why but I just like it that way.

 

I like my guys to be taller at least 5"10" and up.

 

I would hazard a guess and say that most girls like their guys to be at least a few inches taller than them, so this would allow them to wear high heels and not tower over their man.

 

I am 5'11" and prefer girls of same height or 1-2" shorter. That's ideal for me.

 

I am 6'1, i like women shorter than me, i prefer 5'6 or 5'7, and cpvr you have a good height.
