Do you know the DMCA Act? If anyone report to google , that ur content is copied from others... they warn you and ban you.

I have a bad english.... but i have some ideas....
I appoint to 1 staff to write(translate) content with minimal salary.

Surely the difficulty is deciding what to make a site about. When you have that sorted the content can be got, but the method depends on the site.

If you are going to put up a site about dog grooming then you either need to know something about dog grooming and write stuff yourself, or find someone that knows that can write it.

If you are going to have a site that is mainly a forum where a subject is discussed you need to find a few people that know a bit about the subject and can post stuff - then if it is any good it will come alive (maybe you need to spread the word a bit where the 'experts' hang out!)

You can't copy content from any site unless they give you permission. Even with permission, you are likely to get a duplicate content penalty.

Either write the material yourself or hire someone to write for you.

Or you can give it a twist of your own but not in such a manor that the original message and story is not intact and correct anymore.

You can say the same things but with other words;)

;) Exactly, to the point you can't even tell it's from the original story but still getting the same message accros.
