Once you have a hosting plan and an FTP user setup you can use a program like Filezilla to move files to/from the server. See filezilla-project.org

I've heard hostgater is good (and inexpensive). You may just want to host your site through the registrar you purchased the domain from so that you do not have to worry about updating the domain records to point to a different hosting server. For example, when you purchase a domain and hosting through GoDaddy, the domain records automatically point to the hosting server.

Changing your nameservers to the ones your web hosting company provides you in your domain registrar account only takes a minute.

It's a silly question. Go and learn how to design a website first.

You need a domain name, hosting. after change domain name server.

Example: you have a domain name on godaddy. and hosting on 000webhost.com. You go to domain manager and change domain name server (dns) : ns01.000webhost.com, ns02.000webhost.com. ok, now you need upload code to your hosting.

    I hope useful
