    Your Ad layout is good , placing a ad block between posts is a good way to earn some more since that looks like an area getting lots of clicks

    The ad placement seems good. I suggest that you try swapping your AdSense at the left with the menu at the right. Just swapping both columns. Skyscrapers ads have been very effective at the right near the scrolling bar. Maybe you can get better results.
