    This is my 3rd layout and hopefully got everything settled last thing i need to do is find good ad placement. What do you guys think about it.

    Try to utilize the right hand sidebar to put your ads. Probably that will get more people to notice about it.

    well from my experiences the vertial large banners do not work well. so i tried to implant them into the content and the top to look like navigation

    you should change the adsense in the pictures to 160x600 going down teh picture.

    You should try adding some link units in the sidebar. If your site is targeted enough those links will be tempting for users to click on. That might work.
