How is my ad placement?

Hey all - Just wanted to get some opinions on my ad placement for my new site..

Please advise how everything looks and if i can change anything for the better ...

way too low down the page and you can't label your ads with "links"
read the adsense policies about labels.

 

3 points for me

1) ads are too low on the page

2) too many ads - with adsense less is more (with fewers on page you get higher ppc)

3) no privacy policy - you must add an adsense TOS compliant privacy policy or face being banned from adsense

 

Thanks for the pointers! - Can you please provide an example of this TOS policy, and where can i place this policy - I don't want to get banned from Adsense as i see it's potential.

I was thinking of leaving the strip on the right hand side with all the TXTADS going down (this would be a static module for every page viewers go to and the links will always be showing for them)

I could the remove my 2 adsense links on the left hand side altogether to free up space for website content - What would you think of this idea?

yeah you can use the left side for other ads like clickbank or commision junction - or even try and sell some adspace - i use a plugin to place random ads so the pages are chagning constantly as far as ads displayed
