    Yeah they are nice. Only thing I suggest is to move the one at the bottom to the top of the page, and change the colors so it blends nicely.

    i think you must use 336*280 above the "MSN Tech & Gadgets Highlights" section. there is an adsense ads unit there but it's so small. in generally, bigger ads units give better results

    Pretty nice adplacement. For the ads on the right.. since there are lots of text ads there, try changing one to an image one.
