    Get lots of friends who are on digg.

    Post your article and get them to digg it.

    Then if you get enough diggs and depending on the time (its easier to get to the frontpage at certain times), then you will make it to the front page of digg.

    The only way to get to the top is to have good content.

    Do NOT submit spam or cheap content to digg, you are wasting your time.
