    20 is a lot,try to cut it down. I used to drink 6 cups a day but have cut it to 3.

    I never drink coffee because I am allergic to caffeine.

    caffeine makes my heart beat too fast and make it hard to breathe, therefore I never drinkcoffee

    try to reduce the 20 cups of coffee a day because it's too much might now no side effects but as we get older the effect will be there

    I don't drink Cwoffee but I do drink fruit tea and have about three per day whilst working at the comp, only managed to spill one on the keyboard thus far though!
