    I am not a propery smoker - can go for days and weeks and loathe the idea of a cigarette but get me to a party and drinking and then I am off and can get through a packet a night!

    I smoked for almost 7 years i am now 23 years old, i have basically stopped now i only take a smoke when im having some beers or something like that.
    If it wasnt for the Swedish tobaco product called SNUS i wouldn't be able to stop...

    Unfortunately SNUS isn't the most healthy thing either but i feel more healthier after stopped with cigarettes.
