    Depends on what's going on at work. The most has probably been 18 hours when first opening websites. Ugh. So not good for the back. I try to get up and so stretching exercises a lot and of course have a really great back support Obusform thingy on my chair. Highly recommend. Then of course you've got to spend all your time exercising once you get off and no food whatsoever. hahah!

    it depends on our work target, need, physical stemna and so many things are responsible ........... average time used to spend by anyone (other than job) is 1.5 hours according to a survey in particular location by a survey company.................

    I spend a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 10 hours of my time in the front of the computer at home. Searching for songs and artist, downloading them all and listening to them over and over again. While when I'm at work, I spend 8 hours of my time doing my tasks for the day.
