    I want to know how many keywords do you use to promoting your website/blog?
    How many of these keywords are your main keywords?

    I'm planning to select 10 keywords for my website and 3 of them will be my principal keywords, one which i will use the most.
    Do you think it is enought or must i add more keywords?

    right now I think have about 6 or 7. I would like to increase that to about 12 though. I think it would bring me more of the traffic I am looking for.

    I don't generally care about keywords, but rather about writing good content. But sometimes when I see a keyword bringing some amount of traffic to a website (In Google analytics), I work on that particular keyword.

    I do not use more than 3 keywords per web page. Dont stuff more keywords in a single page and it will make your promotional work so hard.

    On my site I have about 10 keywords for each page and 1 main keyword or keyword phrase.

    I ranked well on 10 keywords, under 1,000,000 competitors, and easily get 300-400 unique visitors/day.

    I tend to keep it down to 5. The first one is my main keyword, which also appears in the Title, Filename, First Heading, and first 90 characters of the body - I read this is good practice.

    Also I don't repeat a word more then 2 times in all 5 keywords. For example, I read this could be dangerous:
    best keywords, keywords research, how to find keywords, other stuff, more stuff
