    I'm close to being engaged, and probably wont spend too long being engaged, either... I'm 23, and I think thats a pretty great time to do it.. like Janneke says, I think suits different people at different times. I dont think you can really go wrong just based on how old you are!

    I have been married for 8 years and no we do not have anything inscribed on the rings. The ring is just a symbol and writings on the rings for some make it more personal. That is really a decision you and your partner will have to make.

    but sounds like a great idea! It is trendy though as one post said earlier, I wonder what we will inscribe whenever we finally do get rings :confused:

    $1000? :eek: Holy crap! I'm not sure how much our budget is. We want something simple but something meaningful inscribed inside. My fiance always tells me I'm a catch, so I said on my ring I should have "I'm a catch." His ring would say "She's a catch."
