How many of you here own a content site?

I'm also very good at identifing many types of flora and fauna in case you need to know what breed a pig is or something. I find that comes in very handy on SEO forums.

I've made about $0.36 on my content sites so far... It's really upsetting, but I've got to start somewhere.

 

LoL stay active on DP and you will probably earn twice as much with adsense revenue sharing program.


On the serious note. It does take time to see good adsense results.

Have you tried some techniques like changing ad colors and adsense block types? From a friend of mine who is earning more than $1000+ a month from adsense says that he got the most jump of earnings when he tried to putting large rectagle adsense block types combined with 2 more other types all around the content body.

Hey, about the adsense sharing program (50 posts), if you get a 50% chance of getting a click on your link, won't it be classed under your IP? Therefore making it easy to find fraudulent clicks?

Yeah, patience is defeinately key and also getting some good PR positions. I haven't taken it in a serious direction yet, but I setup my Chesterfield site that I've had running for a while (but never completed) so I could get qualified for an adsense account! The dream of working from home is just too good to pass up!
