    Digg, facebook, stumbleupon, reddit, delicious, twitter. Not easy to manager. Needs a lot of time. these sites are basically social networking and link sumbmission sites. Facebook and Digg are most interesting because of massive traffic they generate.

    Twitter and Facebook have become compulsory social media if you want a sound business. Stumbleupon is also a good solution, and so is del.ici.ous. I'm also active on lots of forums.
