    Do you bring along your tooth brush and tooth paste when go to office?

    I brush only twice a day, in the morning, immediately after awaken and at night before sleep. I'll wash my mouth after meal in the afternoon. I always pratice this :)

    brushing teeth has little to do with dental health, it was meant for breath and decoration only. Also it does wear off enamel every time you brush. Stop eating sugar and flour and you will never have to brush again.
