    It would not be that straight forward the members have a worth set to the ROI they generate relative to their membership, plus many other variables

    But if are looking to sell out to that type of principles, then a full blown Business Plan is a pre-requisite MUST HAVE

    We have been involved in these type of transactions a number of times and you need a professional with time and un-limited skill sets to pull off these type of deals

    I think a prospective buyer is going to evaluate it by the lifetime of members, and as well the profit making ability of your site.
