Charge $200, set the site up with what they want and then sit down and train them in how to use the site and update it them selves. That way it becomes a fair deal, your client gets a site and training in it's use, rather then just a site that would take you 10 minutes to set up

I feel charging at least $25 if not $100 minimum depending on what they can afford.
As a professional, I've done barter as well. Though in recent months I've realized that even with bartering, there should be "Some" monetary exchange, like 5-20% cash. The reason is when you have a talent, when someone benefits from your talent, monetary compensation, no matter how small is important for the expression of appreciated value. Bartering to be treated as "split - tendering" of compensation.

Yes the thread is old, but found it a good reference for the discussion. Covers all price ranges and reasoning behind them.I feel using 3rd world programmers is cheap and often not the best choice. You often get what you pay for and other times much less. I know people who have spent $1000 on a third world programmer and ended up wasting it as they had to start all over after months of delayed development and never really resolved.

It is free on many cPanel + fantastico (similar) services. so you should charge very less.

Depends on how many hours the project takes you (within reason). if it only takes you 30 minutes to an hour then charge more obviously.

If you want to be competitive, I would say anywhere from $10-$20
