    Is the site making any money? Does it have tons of unique content? Does it have anything else worth mentioning? How old is it?

    Without the above information it's virtually impossible to give you a meaningful valuation.

    The site is about 3 months old.

    The template is kind of unique yes.
    It isnt making much money yet, becouse I havent been focusing on getting profit out of it.

    30 uniques/day is not too much; better keep working on it to pump it up and make it bigger. I don't think it's worth much like this; maybe few $10s.
