How much can I sell this Video Game site for?

I have had the following website since 2007:
http://www.pesfaces.co.uk

But I am now considering selling it. But I have no idea how much I should ask for.
It doesn't earn me a whole lot, but I think the potential is there due to a decent amount of unique visitors. I am guessing someone else would be able to optimize it and get a decent ad income from it.

It runs all by itself, as the content is managed by the users.

I earn about $4 from it per day.

Visits: 102,667
Unique Visitors: 40,195
Pageviews: 964,896
Pages / Visit: 9.40

I think the site's biggest problem is that the visitors come from all around the world.

Instead of selling it, try to work on the Design, make it attractive so you can drag more visitors which will increase your earnings.

 

The stats and stuff looks great but buyers usually will look at revenue. Earnings is all they care about. If it has a lot of potential try working on it a little bit and get it back out there. You will get a lot more money after you work on it for a bit. good luck!
