I'm not talking about blogrolls or links, I'm talking about buying an entire site from someone. What are the general prices for:

The higher the PR the higher the price just because of that, but otherwise sites are typically sold for 6-10 times their monthly income. Buying a site just because of PR, such as a 5 can easily run into the thousands.

It really depends -- PR is rarely (if ever) the sole determinant of how much a site is worth.

 

As others said, it depends. PR is only a small factor. It depends on the domain name (if it's a .com, good keyword(s), short etc), how much visitors is the site getting (and from where), if it's making any money (and how much). Usually, if the site is monetized, the average price equals 12-24 month income. You can check Flippa to see what kind of sites sold for how much.

 

PR is not matter... Targeted traffic matter for me

 

Traffic, Alexa and PR matters on a site. But it depends on the area and site owner.

 

If i were to get a website as simple as findgood how much would that cost?
What about a bigger website thats more dynamic or even a truly dynamic website with ajax etc.. like a social network like facebook?
