How much do you spend on a new site?

Really appreciate your feedback, but i was asking how much anyone spend on a website to start. I know it takes time and that knowledge is a powerful tool, but like i said, i was just curious how much anyone is spending, just curiosity.

I spent 10 grand on an established online biz, a paid posting company:inb0x .

Looking back I think I could have done it without spending the money but it would take longer. I don't regret it but next time I'll start my own biz instead of buying one because people have different ways of running things. Better to start something on your own and then you don't have to change it.

I think if I spent that 10 grand on the promotion of my own startup I would get the same amount of traffic/sales that I am getting with my established biz and a little less headache.

To really see revenue then the more money the merrier, between 5 to 10 grand will get you somewhere if you know how to use it.

 

I would usually start with more like $2-10,000 for content. but your site may not need much content.
