How much $$$ for these kind of sites...?

I am intrested in knowing what price would you offer for this kind of niche site. The idea here is :

    20 pages of unique content.

5 added articles for futher updates of the site or for article submission.

    Article length: 375-450 words

    Loaded into a template...with a domain name.

    Sample site: www.transplant-hair.com

Althought this site has just 7 articles...but the concept will have 20 loaded plus 5 articles in text format for further use. Sites will be brand new. You can see the quality of content.

What do you think will be the coast of these sites. I am thinking of range of $175-200

    What do u suggest ???

Whats the PR of the site, how old is it? These things you need to know as well...the higher the PR the more you can get for it. Also, what is the monthly rev and traffic like? Be prepared to answer these questions...they could make your site more or less valuable. Also, jmo, but if you add some color to the site that might make it more attractive.

I think he means the site as is with no traffic or revenue, am I right?

If so, I think around $200 - $250, based on the fact that it comes with 25 original articles that the buyer would get full rights to. You could spend $10 an article written by a freelancer so I think that price is fair.

    Jon, you are right.

The site is brand new...assume no traffic and no income. Just selling the ready to upload website with domain.

    All the above comments reasonable...additionally...

The niche of the site, quality of the domain name and the quality of the article will greatly influence the value for me.

I think a lot would depend on the quality of the writing.
    If it's good, $250 to $300 (based on $10 a page + domain name (as long as a com/net/eu/co.uk/de) + site design.

If it was poorly written, bad design, bad domain name, maybe $100 (based on $4-$5 an article.

Its a good idea in principal, but then i'd have the following issues before purchasing (not saying you would do this btw shadow213)
    - whats to guarantee that the site is not going to be resold?
    - how have the articles been researched? is each article targetting a keyword? what research was doen to see if that keyword is a good one (wordtracker etc)
    - whats to say the articles are not just re-writes of existing articles?

Its these things which have kept me away from buying similar sites before, but of course not everyone is as paranoid as me :D

Deano, Thanks for replying...well you can take a look at the sample site and read the content that has been written. All names to be .COMs. Someare with a PR2 to PR3.

romance, When you get articles writen for your site..how do you believe that the person will not resell it to some one else....Same way. You keep the domain, the site, the content. I take the money. Thats how it works...

All I can say it works on trust.

    - You can take a look at the articles...they are all optimized for a keyword...and the page itself too is optimized for that keyword.

    - I can can that its all original work.

    >> take a look at the sample site and let me know what you think of it.

    What price would you suggest.

    Cheers!
