    Hi Guys,

How much money you want to earn by the end of this year?

    My Goal is $300,000

Keep your goals as clear as possible as they would help you focus more and create clear strategies to achieve them. :)

Keeping a clear intention, also helps you attract opportunities.

    So whats your goal?

I'm interested only in being happy, not wealthy ;). That being said, I'd be "happy" with $4-$5k/month.

I'm going all out this year... I've been through WAY too much BS.

2-3 years ago, I was doing right around $800k (eCommerce: ~$200k, AdSense: ~$25k, Adult / Cam: ~$500-600k), but not for the entire year... I got raided by State Police and charged with 41 counts of Felony Computer Fraud relating to an eCommerce site I owned. $102,500 bail ($2,500 per count), 24 hrs or so in jail, all that fun stuff. They seized 7 or so PCs (3 of which I still haven't gotten back), routers, etc. Lost a ton of business info, and it ruined all my business overnight... Went from $2k-3k/day to just AdSense earnings (<$100/day) overnight.

The charges were BS, and 2 years later, on the day of the trial (While I'm waiting for the Judge to call me), the DA comes over to me and says he's dismissing the case because they don't believe I had anything to do with it (thanks for the delay, a-hole!). He just asked that I pay $1176 restitution (yes... my life was ruined over $1176 split between 41 people that wasn't even my fault), which I gladly paid just to be done with it. No court appearance, no record, nothing.

That was 2 years of hell emotionally, and being unable to work due to the stress, I've done under $15k those 2 years.

But frick that... I want my OLD life back.

This year, I'm aiming for $750k IF I can get all my ducks in a row so to speak; and depending on WHEN I get all my ducks in a row.

I know I have the potential to far exceed that, but getting back in touch with the right people, finding good networks, etc etc is the PITA part.

As it stands, I'm no longer making anywhere near that due to the circumstances I mentioned. I'm JUST starting to get back into "building up my empire" so-to-speak.

When I was pulling $2-3k/day consistently, I was only "working" 1-2 hrs out of the day... I had plenty of time to chat on forums back then, but having the disposable income, I usually chose to utilize my time in different ways haha. There was one tight-knit message board (which most of you have probably never heard of) that I'd read / post on daily... Anyone that has read that board already knows who I am by reading my story. I loved the smaller communities... When I got raided, they helped me out... When I found new methods, I'd throw them all a bone. I mentored probably a dozen people from there... brought them up from a few dollars a day to a few hundred a day in affiliate marketing and adult marketing, as well as some CAN-SPAM methods I created. Lots of people there who would give you their last dollar and never forget what you had done for them. However; I left that forum due to just a handful of no-ambition idiots who would resort to stupid shit like "swatting" people (getting the ANI of local 911 call centers, calling in to the local line from a spoofed number (preferably the victim's), and faking a hostage situation or some BS, resulting in SWAT team ending up at your door). Never happened to me, but came close. I don't have time for games, so fuggit.

Makes me wonder what I could have accomplished if I was working 18 hour days like I've done many times in the past. I kick myself in the ass for it now.

I'm a big fan of automation (as long as the automation can pull better profit, which it always has been able to do), and a LOT of my stuff was 100% automated.

Routine was kind of wake up, check all automated stuff for failures (or address any issues), then spend an hour... MAYBE two... prospecting new revenue streams. I paid someone to handle eCommerce for me, and I stopped making AdSense sites once the big money came along.

Granted some of the stuff I did was blackhat (many of the Adult marketing techniques), but the reason I was so successful is because I pride myself on being able to think outside the box so-to-speak. I was the only person doing stuff the way I was. I'd show people my landers or parts of my methods and they'd go "wow, I never thought of doing it that way". 80% of the adult revenue was from a single source which isn't even that big of a player in the niche.

The eCommerce and AdSense was always 100% whitehat. Additionally; it was all done with no paid advertising (save for when I'd get an excellent price on a product and try to move mass quantities).

Edit: I should mention that if you have a unique lander in the CPA industry, never show that damn page (for entire methods, this goes without saying) to anyone but your closest friends (and even then, be careful). I had my landers (which were set up like whole sites) stolen verbatim 8 or 9 times. Trying to remind myself why I am campaigning against SOPA again lol... Just kidding... There's other ways to deal with biters; especially if you have the network and resources.

I also never partnered with people. Trust is a hard thing to build with me when it comes to money, so partnerships are few and far between. I'd mentor people for hours a day in a heartbeat, but would never involve them in my revenue streams.

Additionally: Making that amount solo online is a blessing in disguise. The money's great, but the perception change in acquaintances (and even strangers) isn't. Living in a small town, everyone "knows" you're a drug dealer... Friends become envious, and I HATE others being envious of me. People you barely know ask for loans and never pay them back, etc. I'm the most altruistic person you'll ever meet, but have no respect for someone who comes at me asking me for a loan with no intention of paying it back. If you need money, tell me straight up and you'll get it... Don't come up with some loan BS.

Hell, my fiancee's mom was pissed at me (and is to this day) for not having a "real job" (aka manual labor), despite 2 herniated discs in my back at 24 years old. C'est la vie... She works as a janitor at an elementary school at 55 years.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have traded it for the world, but it isn't ALL good. Lost a lot of friends, went through a lot of BS... Money can't change everything. Having grown up poor as shit to a single mother working 2 jobs, it was nice to be able to have damn near anything I wanted though (as well as giving my mom the things in life she never had the opportunity to get).

    It's OK though, I'm coming back ;)

My goal this year to make $500K but not entirely from Internet marketing. I have another venture related to automobile right now. I would love to make more of a passive income, so that I could take a break and travel all over the world.

    Same here.
Though it would be nice to have a little bit more just in case I need to buy something I really want.

Great story DSF! I'm glad your back on your feet and aiming for your dream again.

Coming onto topic, I personally don't have a goal. I simply want to make the most amount of money I can on a daily basis.

Btw there are millionaires on this forum and still find value being a part of this community. Just because you're earning a lot doesn't mean you are "too good" for this community..

I should also add that GOALS are great motivators. However; set them just barely out of reach. Not easily within grasp, not too far out of reach.

For example; This is how I set my goals for the adult marketing I was doing:
Granted, it is rare for them to happen this quickly, but if you achieve it.. More power to you!

Pre-Goal Daily Profit (Adult ONLY. Does not inclode other revenue streams.): ~$40-80 (1-2 leads @ $40 CPA)

Goal #1: $250/day - Hit $300ish on my first full day after setting the goal - (7 or 8 leads @ $40 CPA)
    Goal #2: $500/day - Hit $700ish on my second day after first goal - (17-19 leads @ $40 CPA)
Goal #3: $1,000/day - Hit $1250ish on my third or forth day after setting a $250 goal for myself (when I was at $50/day) - (29-33 leads @ $40 CPA)

The third goal, I set seemingly slightly out of reach, so that I could see how far I could push myself. I excelled and blew past a seemingly unreachable goal (unreachable in a day at least)...

This is why I STRESS setting seemingly "out of reach" goals for yourself. I don't know about you guys, but I tend to slack off ever so slightly once I reach a goal... By setting it above expectations, I don't stop busting ass until I've achieved or surpassed it.

In a span of 3-4 days, I went from $50/day to $1200 or $1300/day just by having a figure to work towards and convincing myself that I would not be happy until that figure was met.

I have NEVER had an outstanding work ethic, but breaking your OWN goals in addition to seeing the money flow in is THE BEST motivator.

Unfortunately (and I greatly regret this now), I got comfortable with where I was at (between Adult / AdSense / eCommerce / Misc. smaller ventures), and my revenue increased MUCH more slowly and eventually plateaued... I figured "Hey, I'm making $2k-3k/day consistently working an hour or two a day, I'll enjoy it"; and enjoy it I did... Until it all came crashing down and the money ran out over time, even being financially responsible.

Today, I can (and do) sit here and think "What if I had put in 18 hour days... I've pulled 30-40 hour "days" in the past when I was struggling bad; What's stopping me?"... And as stated, I absolutely kick myself in the ass for it to this day. Hell, it depresses me to even mention it as I type (although I've taught myself to channel at least some of that into motivation and desire to out-do my personal bests). I have no doubt I could have exceeded $10k-20k/day... No doubt whatsoever. I was working solo, and built this all with no VC, no substantial financial investment whatsoever... The sky was the limit.

If I could have a do-over, I would have slaved away for 16, 18, 20+ hours at a time and put up with it. I would have been able to raise enough capital for several more stable business ventures in a matter of a month or so... But, I didn't, and that's why I am having to undertake the painstaking task of pulling myself up by the bootstraps.

    C'est la vie...
    Che sara sara...

Lesson learned, knowledge gained, future mistakes averted :)

    That's what's up.

When I was doing excellent, I wouldn't have done quite as well without having a chill forum to network on. Literally every one of my adult sponsors (and they'd always be lax with simple join forms, pay weekly, take care of their top earners, etc) that I sourced was through that forum, or through a friend met on there.

I met some good people that I still talk to and collaborate with to this day... I've made lots of money with those friends who I would never had met if not for the forum, shared a lot of methods and made a lot of other people money, etc.

Plus it's always nice to have people on tap to bounce stuff off of, or to have them source their connections when you're looking for something that seemingly no one can provide.

Hell, the day I got out of jail for the raid mentioned above, and I'll never forget this... There was a custom built PC waiting for me at my house to get me back online ASAP for damage mitigation.
Looked at who sent it, and it was someone I didn't even remember ever talking to. Apparently a method I shared made him a nice amount of money, and he manned up and had my back as a thank you.

As I recall, when they (the forum members) heard about the raid and my subsequent arrest, he started building me a custom machine right away (he owned a small computer shop) so that right when I got out I'd be online, despite losing all of my equipment.

Even though I haven't talked to him in a while, I'll never forget what he did for me, and never forget to make sure he's well taken care of when I'm back on my feet.
